 Direct Mail Implementation and Initial Setup

With the initial start-up of a division, the responsibility for acquiring computer and high speed laser printing equipment, employing and training staff on all laser and computer equipment, providing training to any and all employees using Microsoft Applications (excel, word, access, IE, basic windows commands).

 

The key role: To manage and develop a new and different approach to Direct Mail, introducing a wider range of personalisation equipment.  Introducing such equipment like;  Oce C1000 Twin Pinless System, Oce 470 Twin, Xerox 4635, Demandstream 4040 and Docucolor 130.  After the new installation of the Xerox Docucolor 130 a different approach was required to produce alternative solutions for customers with image dynamic variable manipulation.  Converting existing jobs from a Litho colour print with Black & White variable, to a Full Colour variable print solution maintaining the same direct concepts of production. 

Various finishing equipment were also acquired to work in-line with the printing systems, these included Hunkler CS4 guillotine, Muller 6612 guillotine, Hunkler Unwind/Rewind Units. 

 

With procedures being required for Laser, Enclosing, Warehouse and DP Departments, aspects of responsibility and design was to become fully paperless and electronic to a level of ISO 9000.


New And Used Vehicle Administration

The Key Role: Primary responsibility was to provide Administration support for the Sales Department.  Invoicing New and Used vehicles.  Ensuring used vehicles are placed and maintained on a Unit Stocking Plan. Registering New Vehicles using the DVLA/AFRL online registration system.  Data input of Vehicle and Customer details on ADP(Kerrage).  Facilitate and implement procedures to ensure the vehicle/customer information received is as accurate as possible.  Liaise with other departments to ensure the progress of a vehicle sale follows strict requirements of both Customer and Company.  Facilitate the private registration process (Cherish Numbers).  Various other administration tasks covered, departmental timekeeping, transferring digital document to an online system to allow continuity of information.

 


Parts Advisor & Warranty Administrator

The Key Role(s): Providing Support for the Service Department with Servicing requirements and technical assistance to ensure the process of fault diagnosis is diagnosed within a suitable timeframe.  Monitoring and maintaining consumables to provide and effective solution for all servicing requirement.

To maintain continuity of information from the start and end of a warranty diagnosis and repair.  To document and administer a customers warranty claim to a satisfactory conclusion where all procedures are maintained and monitored for audit purposes.
